CARACOL WATERFALL
Situated in a Park near city of Canela (Rio Grande do Sul State, Brazil), it is 131 meters (430 ft) high.
GUARTELÁ STATE PARK (PARANÁ, BRAZIL)
Located between the cities of Castro and Tibagi, the park was created in 1992 to protect the Iapó River’s canyon, which is 32 km (20 mi) long with altitudes ranging from 700 to 1200 meters (2300 to 3900 ft) above sea level.

Located in the Mimoso River and formed by limestone, it can be visited through a guided program offered by three tourism operations, among which Estancia Mimosa Ecotourism, from where this picture was taken.

The waterfalls in Bonito present peculiar shapes like this, due to the sedimentation of limestone (primary rock found in this region) that is solved in the water.
